About Alexandra

Ali has a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture from Colorado State University. She identifies as a relational psychotherapist, cultivating a unique therapeutic relationship with each client that is reinforced with authenticity, attunement, focus, and curiosity, often leading to a more expressive understanding of oneself. The core of her practice is holistic and integrative, using a combination of strength based and experiential modalities to deepen the mind-body-spirit connection. Honoring safety and trust in all relationships, she provides a non-judgmental space for clients where they can securely explore the multidimensional parts of themselves to become a more integrated whole.

Ali specializes in working with individuals who have experienced relational trauma, empowering her clients to nurture their internal resources, while healing themselves within the context of a healthy therapeutic relationship. She feels confident supporting clients navigating through depression, anxiety, spirituality, chronic loneliness, life transitions, and PTSD. She enjoys working with anyone who is interested in expanding their self-awareness, exploring the depths of their heart and mind, wanting to attain more balance, and feeling whole within themselves. She is also passionate about working with couples that want to repair attachment injuries and deepen their emotional connection. When working together, her goal is to listen, witness, support and gently challenge you through the cycles of your life.

When out of the office, Ali takes pleasure in practicing yoga, exploring Nature, live music, herbalism, and creating meaningful connections.
