About Anjuli

Anjuli is a Licensed Psychologist. She received her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon and has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Anjuli works with individuals on a range of presenting concerns; specializing in trauma, grief and loss, identity development issues (e.g., racial identity, sexual orientation), emotion management, and issues related to acculturation and family of origin.

She believes that change occurs when people are able to create meaningful connections to others. To assist clients in their process, Anjuli uses a relational, client-centered approach with a multicultural and social justice lens. Her warmth, humor, and authenticity allow her to build relationships with her clients, which allow them to practice engaging in new patterns in a therapeutic environment.

Anjuli is known for integrating humor, creative metaphors, and artistic tasks to help clients achieve change. She strives to collaboratively identify clients' strengths and come up with strategies to help client's overcome difficulties and to live a fuller, more meaningful life.

Outside of work she enjoys drinking coffee, spending time with her pets, hiking, and reading.
