About Elizabeth

Liz is a pre-licensed therapist who provides services on a private pay, sliding scale basis - allowing clients to avoid the hassle of insurance. Liz graduated with her Masters degree in Couples and Family Therapy, and works with teens and adults.

Liz specializes in working with clients around anxiety, depression, trauma, and general life stressors. While utilizing a direct and strength-based approach to therapy, Liz works to incorporate the various perspectives and experiences of each client into effective and lasting therapeutic interventions. By developing a strong therapeutic relationship through empathy and collaboration, she fosters mental and emotional health and wellness, and empowers clients to enact the change they are seeking. Liz includes narrative, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused models into her clinical approach.

In her free time, Liz enjoys drinking coffee, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
