About Elizabeth

Liz is a private pay therapist at Eugene Therapy. She is thrilled to be able to join the community at Eugene Therapy and finally achieve her goal of becoming a therapist. As a training therapist, Liz believes that therapy is a unique and collaborative process that is intended to benefit and support clients as they seek lasting change. Liz works through Cognitive-Behavioral and Narrative therapy models, believing that the balance of these models allows for a collaborative and meaningful therapeutic relationship with great potential for therapeutic success.

Liz operates from a curious and strength-based perspective and believes that all people have the capacity for change. She enjoys working with clients who are motivated and willing to be active participants in the change process.

Outside of the therapy room, Liz enjoys coffee, cooking, watching movies, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
