Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works primarily with older adolescents and adults.

She has experience treating a broad range of mental health concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and disordered eating. She enjoys helping her clients work through major life changes, particularly the transitions of young adulthood and the transition into parenthood. She is developing a specialty in treating perinatal mood disorders and recently completed the Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training through Postpartum Support International and the 2020 Mom Project.

Natalie's approach is compassionate and non-judgmental and she strives to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She focuses on helping clients develop short-term coping strategies while working on long-term changes in their lives and relationships.

A graduate of UCLA and Stanford University, Natalie has worked in community mental health clinics, provided counseling for veterans and also worked with undergraduate and graduate students at a college counseling center. She is an empathetic and engaged practitioner who meets clients where they are on their road to mental and emotional wellness.

Natalie is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and Postpartum Support International.
