Wendy is an LCSW with 23 plus years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in both inpatient and outpatient mental health, school based programs and therapeutic foster care settings.

Wendy’s expertise is in helping children, adolescents, and adults work through life challenges, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and other distressing issues. Wendy’s clinical experience aiding parents and families in improving their communication, regulating their emotions, and creating safe and supportive environments for their children.

Wendy’s utilizes a blend of treatment approaches that takes into consideration each client’s individual needs in order to find the best fit for the individual or family. She uses a combination of evidenced-based approaches including play therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches. Wendy takes pride in working with her clients to create a treatment plan that will allow for positive and long-lasting change using appropriate evidence-based therapeutic models.

In her personal time, Wendy likes to garden, grow hot chili peppers, cook, crochet and explore the beauty of Oregon.
